Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InnerWorks platform and mobile application (the “Service”), operated by Gigabox Research (“Gigabox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using InnerWorks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

InnerWorks is a professional development platform. It delivers AI-personalized daily growth content based on the 4R Framework developed by Coach Arms (Armia Ana Villahermosa).

InnerWorks is NOT:

  • A medical or health service
  • A mental health therapy or counseling platform
  • A substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
  • A diagnostic or treatment tool

The content provided through InnerWorks is for professional development and personal growth purposes only. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Account registration

To use InnerWorks, you must:

  • Receive an invitation from an authorized organization administrator
  • Create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk)
  • Provide accurate information during registration and onboarding
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User responsibilities

When using InnerWorks, you agree to:

  • Use the Service for its intended purpose (personal and professional growth)
  • Provide honest and accurate profile information
  • Respect the privacy of other users in your organization
  • Not attempt to access other users’ data or other organizations’ tenants
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the Service

4. AI-generated content

Content delivered through InnerWorks is generated by AI language models guided by Coach Arms’ methodology. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate or applicable to your specific situation
  • Content is personalized based on the information you provide, but does not constitute professional advice
  • You are responsible for how you apply content and insights from the platform to your personal and professional life
  • The quality and relevance of content depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of your profile information

5. Intellectual property

  • The InnerWorks platform, including its design, code, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Gigabox Research
  • The 4R Framework is the intellectual property of Coach Arms (Armia Ana Villahermosa)
  • Content generated for you through the Service is provided for your personal use within the platform
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content outside the platform without written permission
  • Your reflections and profile information remain your personal data, subject to our Privacy Policy

6. Organization administrators

If you are a tenant administrator, you additionally agree to:

  • Use aggregate analytics data only for legitimate organizational purposes
  • Not attempt to identify individual user behavior from aggregate data
  • Handle invitation and user management responsibilities in good faith
  • Comply with your organization’s own data protection policies when using InnerWorks analytics

7. Acceptable use

You may not use InnerWorks to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service’s operation
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls

8. Service availability

We strive to provide reliable access to InnerWorks, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice to affected organizations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • InnerWorks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

By you

You may stop using InnerWorks at any time. To delete your account and data, contact info@gigabox.ai.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your organization’s administrator revokes your access
  • Your organization discontinues the Service

By your organization

Your organization’s administrator may remove your access to InnerWorks at any time. Upon removal, you will no longer be able to access your account or data through the app. You may request data export or deletion by contacting info@gigabox.ai.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
